NEAT built this APP to provide a better experience for laundry and dry clean to the people like you. and YES, we own the plant so the quality service integrated into our system meet our standards and your expectations. We are a small team with passion and talent and our target is simple: make quality life much fun. So, here are the features we think you may Love:

• GarTrackTM: each item in your order will be assigned a barcode, so we keep track of your garment from pick-up to delivery.
• Informed : we send text and in-app notification so you keep track of what things happen.
• Transparent : build-in transaction history and itemized receipt help you review the spending without keep paper receipt and credit card bills.
• Thumb Up : now you can rate each order to let us know you are satisfied or not.
• Grand Opening Promotion: you will receive credits when you recharge through the App
